Happy Holidays

Things on the West Coast have been picking up here in real estate, and in our neighbourhoods here in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, sales have been increasing and an uptick in activity has been promising for a strong spring market coming at us in the New Year.

Promises of mortgage rates continuing to decrease and more buyer confidence is shuttling us along to more familiar times!

This weekend marked a big one here in Vancouver – the Eras Tour! Maybe you’re a big Swiftie and maybe you’re not, but one thing is for certain – it’s remarkable to watch a huge production take over the City and bring joy to so many. Vancouver has done a great job at creating fun additions to the tour – doing what we truly do best – welcoming visitors and being great hosts!
