Current & Upcoming Burke Mountain Developments

Burke Mountain has been a buzz of activity and growth over the last few years and more developments are on the horizon.  Here’s a few of the townhome developments on the go on the mountain!  

Terrayne - Pre-construction 

Since our last update, Townline’s latest development, Terrayne has been approved to move forward. Located at the base of the new Coast Salish elementary school and just a block away from Burke Mountain’s first cafe, Ibex, it’s a great place to call home! Terrayne has homes available in 2 and 3 bedrooms with underground parking.  Floor plans and sales information is coming soon!  

Amber Gate - Pre-construction

Amber Gate is another townhome development, brought to Burke by JPS Developments.  The site, just adjacent to Smiling Creek Elementary, will have  52 family-style townhomes. Amber Gate is in the registration phase and more information is coming soon! 

Riley Park - Move in 2023

Riley Park by Mosaic offers executive style townhomes, located right at Riley Park.  With gorgeous views, quality craftsmanship and homes ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,110 square feet, there’s plenty of room for the whole family.  More information about Riley Park can be found here, and we’re more than happy to help you with an appointment at the show home. 

Forester 2 - Move in 2023

The second phase of Forester is currently under construction and estimated completions are coming up in 2023.  The only development on Burke to feature a swimming pool as part of the amenities package!   Contact us for more info - and check out Townline’s Forester site here.
