Our Welcome Home Packages give our clients a little extra information on move-in day so they don’t have to worry about the little details. When you're caught up in the excitement and stress of moving into a new home, the only problem solving you should have to do is deciding where to store your grandma's settee you don't have room for. Let us take care of locating your new community mailbox, the garbage pick-up schedule, the alarm and garage door codes and even home warranty information.

We also want to hook you up with our comprehensive neighbourhood services guide. We've spent years cultivating relationships with the best people, and we want to put you in touch with them. We have lots of contacts for things like auto repair, insurance specialists, mortgage brokers, doggy daycare, dentists and even wallpaper installers! We include this in our Welcome Home Package for all our move-ins.

We've all had those positive, memorable experiences that made us feel amazing - when someone went out of their way to make us feel special. That's why we put so much effort into the little things. They go a long way in making our clients feel like every detail is taken care of!
