FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you've been dying to know more about us but didn't know where to start, here's some things we get asked all the time. Of course, if there's something we haven't covered here, don't hesitate to get in touch!

Do you live in Burke Mountain?

Yes! We have lived in Burke Mountain since February 2010 - the day the Olympics started! We moved into one of the first developments completed, and have been able to witness the incredible growth of this community almost from day one. We are deeply embedded in the neighbourhood, and we love the area so much. It's what makes us so proud to have been able to grow our business right here in our own back yard.

Are you an individual Realtor® or a team/group?

Burke Mountain Homes® is comprised of 3 team members - proudly headed up by award-winning and industry-leading Realtor® Rebecca Permack who works under the umbrella of Royal LePage West Real Estate Services. Rebecca's business partner and husband, Cory, manages all of the marketing, business development, and technology. Our Client Care Specialist is Bryla. We are also enthusiastically supported by our two dogs Desmond and Penny.

Do you only work in Burke Mountain?

We do about 90% of our Real Estate business in the Burke Mountain area. From time to time, we provide Real Estate services to friends and family outside of the area, and occasionally we have clients that are moving to/from the area, and we are able to help them relocate from/to other areas of the Lower Mainland. Burke Mountain is our home and focus of our business. We're proud to be able to provide our community with expert, hyper-local Real Estate services.

Do you work for a developer?

We maintain relationships with many of the developers that are building communities in Burke Mountain, but we've only been directly involved with one development - Larchwood by BOLD. Over the years, we've maintained personal connections with the sales teams of many local builders, and our clients often benefit from these relationships. The insight and access to information we are able to provide is second to none.
