Belmont Classic at the Foothills is one of the first new housing developments to be completed on Burke Mountain.

Phase 1 saw three distinct floorplans introduced to Buyers: The Avondale, The Daventry and The Cartier. These floorplans each include attached double garages, and the option of in-ground or walk-out basements.
In Phase 2, Morningstar added two more floorplans: The Wiltshire and The Sheffield, both with detached garages.
Most homes are situated on 49'x98' lots, but homes with beautiful, private double lots backing onto a greenbelt are also available. Three professionally-designed colour schemes are available for purchasers to choose from.
